Vendors can supply their own food truck / trailer or product promotional vehicle / trailer / stand to operate at Trafford Live but it must first be vetted by the Angelic Mobile Food Company creative director for approval. All applicants must come to this operation with creativity and excellence in what they do.

All F&B vendors must submit risk assessments, food hygiene certificates, fire risk assessments, electrical certification prior to arriving on site. Vendors must not start operating until they have had sign off from the Angelic Mobile Food Company management team.
